 Experience the luxury of the GAYLORD NATIONAL HOTEL in Washington, DC, during the holiday season.  Our group will spend 2 nights in this fascinating resort, with a spectacular 60 foot glass Christmas Tree, a 75 voice choir performing,  a fountain dancing to holiday music, a winter wonderland where you will see snowfall every night inside the hotel.  Each person will experience ICE, an amazing exhibition   celebrating its east coast premiere, with 2 million pounds of ice carved into a showcase of beauty.  Also included is a tour of DC with its many decorations, and a dinner show with "A WONDERFUL LIFE".

 

DEC 9 ... Today we start early for our motorcoach journey to the Washington, DC area where we will check into the amazing Gaylord National Hotel along the harbor of the Potomac River.  Designed as the Opryland in Nashville, the Palms in Orlando, and the Texan in Grapevine, this luxurious resort has its own unique flavor and décor representing this historic area.  We have dinner in the hotel upon arrival.  (D)

DEC 10 ... Enjoy breakfast and time to experience the exhibit of ICE in our resort.  Take in the decorations and lovely winter wonderland created inside the hotel.  We will enjoy a tour of DC  with an early dinner and return to be a part of the festivities in the hotel. (B,D)

DEC 11 ...  Another tour of Washington, with a guide who will narrate our sightseeing as we witness many of the landmarks of our capital decorated for the season.  Later we motorcoach to Fredericksburg and check into our hotel.  Dinner and Show tonight at the Riverside Theatre with a performance of  "A WONDERFUL LIFE".  (B,D)

DEC 12 ...  Breakfast and its time to return home after a delightful tour of DC during the holidays and the experience of the Gaylord National Hotel.  (B)
